created darkice 1.4 with lame and alsa. Works with Icecast2 server (caster.fm) but won't connect to Shoutcast server (listen2myradio.com). Freezes with USB hardware input and issues alsa buffer overflow.

Same error here, on the server there is no "incoming connection".

As of 1400 Z on Monday 12 October, I too am unable to connect to the listen2myradio.com server. My stream is connected OK but I cannot open the site to manage the stream. I suspect some problem with the server. Standby and try later.

There is a flaw in the setup of the configuration file. Be sure that the password line has no #comment at the end. I don't think that is your problem.

Thanks for you're reply had removed all the comments in the shoutcast-config and the stream is running fine now. Connection is up within seconds and no overrun for more then 30 minutes now.
