In my case pyoembed fails with YouTube, because YT does not allow HTTP-Requests, but all application/json+oembed links are prefixed by http://, even in HTTPS-Sites

An error was ocurred: Failed to do oEmbed request: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M3r2XDceM6A
