Part 6, excersise 19 doesn't check if error handling was used

Exercise number 19 "Incorrect lottery numbers" in part 6 doesn't check if error handling was used. I just wanted to check if my problems were solved correctly and how many errors I would have after that and somehow I passed without using try and except in an entire code.
