Add GSAP Text Animations to Enhance UI Interactivity

Problem Description:
Text animations can greatly improve user engagement and interactivity. Currently, there are limited animated text features in the project.

Proposed Solution:
Implement GSAP-powered text animations to create dynamic text effects (e.g., fade-ins, slide-ins) for a more interactive and visually appealing interface.

Alternative Solutions Considered:
Considered using CSS-only animations, but GSAP provides smoother and more customizable animations that are ideal for interactive designs.

Additional Context:
