New rails-perftest Travis builds for Ruby 1.9 are failing due to dependencies that have dropped Ruby 1.9 support. Ruby 1.9 was EOLed in Feb of 2015. https://www.ruby-lang.org/en/news/2014/01/10/ruby-1-9-3-will-end-on-2015/

Should rails-perftest drop Ruby 1.9 support?
