WSL from-source instructions need to list a fix

Preferably the instructions would include actual steps instead of just linking to that script.

This needs to be done on both Rakudo Star instructions and plain Rakudo

The link was moved with rakudo-pkg v2 to https://github.com/nxadm/rakudo-pkg/blob/master/include/fix-windows10.

I don't use WSL/WSL2. It would be a good a idea to get some feedback from Windows users. In the past, rakudo did not on the WSL run without cleanup up libmoarvm.
