Hi ramanathanlab,

How does this code base relate to the code base at hierarchical_diffusion_LM?
If I wanted to fine tune the foundational model for a different disease -- would I need to use the hierarchical_diffusion_LM code?

sorry -- this may be obvious to others but it has me confused.
