Always show context and project selectors in the "new todo" dialog #380

Please always show context and project selectors in the "new todo" dialog. Currently they are shown only after the user starts typing @ or +.

If the respective Context or Project is not yet assigned to this todo, clicking on the selector could insert the corresponding tag where the cursor is (or at the end). If the Context or Project is already assigned to this todo, its selector in the "new todo" dialog could have a different color, and clickin on it could remove the tag from the todo.

This feature would be useful.
