Some items within framework should be updated for each release. These data items won't/shouldn't have code changes, just data changes and should be safe to automate updating. This should keep our data more up to date more frequently, w/o burdening committers, or cluttering up the PRs.

Things to update:

  1. UA agents (Update UA strings for June 2023 #18118, Update user agent strings for April 24 #19052)
  2. plugins/templates for various web frameworks: update wordpress plugins and themes lists #17253 (already a tool to do this)

The other item I had on my list was checking for deadlinks in module references, and replacing them with waybackmachine references 👍

Adding to this list, the ability to keep our licenses list fresh and updated

We should be running this tool tools/dev/update_gem_licenses.sh as part of dependency bumps etc like in https://github.com/rapid7/metasploit-framework/pull/18866/files
