Application for operations that will be used for automating most of the monitoring and reporting tasks. Few of the functionalities include:

  • Parsing emails for monitoring and reporting purpose:
    • Splunk Alerts
    • iLA Alerts
    • Remedy Incidents/Problem Records
    • Sunrise status
  • Invoking iConnect integration services for raising alerts & notifications.
