Using Non-Latin font alongside Segoe UI

Hey there,
I'm planning to use Vazirmatn Non-Latin variant alongside Segoe UI in my Windows software.
The problem is that the two font metrics don't really match and this causes the whole UI to show up quite misaligned (I guess that this is caused by baseline, line height, etc).

What would be the best way to tune the font to match Segoe UI so that it can be used without hassle in my software?
