Make RyTuneX available though package managers like winget and scoop

Currently, RyTuneX can only be installed manually from the GitHub releases page. This can be inconvenient for users who prefer to manage their software installations through package managers like winget and scoop.

Create packages for RyTuneX on winget and scoop. This would allow users to install RyTuneX using simple commands in their terminal or command prompt.

Manual installation: This is the current method and can be cumbersome for some users.
