Getting output like this from all versions of Ruby I've tried installing on 20.04 this week.

Still nothing building on Ubuntu 20.04 with ruby-build version 20221101-3-g971043c.

Is this worth a Bug report?

Having the same issue with Ubuntu 22.04, trying to install 2.4.0. Ruby-build is up to date, the dependencies are installed, but still nothing. Will try manually downloading and compiling ruby as per the rbenv doc, see if that works.

I had the same issue with Ubuntu 22.04 and trying to compile ruby 3.0.4
It was solved by creating a 1GB swapfile: the instance I was trying to run it on is an AWS nano and I think it was a memory issue.
