Problem: Failing to install ruby 2.6.4

Specs:
-homebrew
-rbenv
-2021 14" macbook pro with M1 pro chip
-macOS Ventura 13.0.1

my Error:

after running rbenv install 2.6.4 (iTerm terminal with Rosetta)
