PWM Redirects to /public/ ends in HTTP 404

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit login page of PWM and click cancel button, PWM redirects to /public/ 
and results in a 404 error.
2. Same thing when clicking on Cancel button for forgot password page


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?


What version of PWM are you using?
1.7.1


What ldap directory and version are you using?
OpenLDAP
