Login redirection breaking use of pwm through reverse proxy.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log into pwm through a reverse proxy

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When the login button is pressed and a valid account is found pwm redirects 
from fqdn/pwm/private/Login to localhostname:8080/pwm/private/Login which 
breaks pwm when using reverse proxy.

This issue does not happen in v1.7.1

What version of PWM are you using?
PWM b0 r773


What ldap directory and version are you using?
