Not able to re-launch the DAC application #4609

Steps to reproduce:

Download any DAC app via UI
Launch the application and do playback
Exit from the app
Launch the same app again

Expected result:
App should launch again without any issue

Actual result:
App is not launching again after first time.

Attaching log for reference.

Note: when we use BT remote and pressing home - app exiting and we are able to relaunch
but other than that, we are not able relaunch the app.
