A HTML5 chart creator based on d3js (d3js.org). Currently in alpha release.

Known Bugs/Issues: Scatter Plot will not clip the chart area when using the brush to navigate the chart. Bar charts using values <1 will not show those values on "brush"/context chart. Bars on bar charts are to right of value they represent instead of centered.
Future Implementations: Code section for copying out code to external sites. Framework is in-place in the code. Additional chart types and options.
