Requirements: upgrade `django-allauth` after checking backward incompatibilities

The latest version 65.13.0 introduces some incompatibility changes, mainly for Okta. We need to review them and decide whether or not is safe to upgrade, or what are the required changes from our side to perform the upgrade.

Also, I just have to upgrade my local django-allauth and verify each of the endpoints that it affects, right?
