Implement Mesh Queries

Babylon has a limited ability to apply accessibility tags for interactions registered with ActionManager: https://doc.babylonjs.com/toolsAndResources/accessibility/screenReaders#interaction. We can use a similar approach to apply a button role for meshes that can be interacted with. Secondarily, we can apply a role for items that can be picked.
