The problem is the following: we are planning to integrate the gift cart functionality inside our system but we're found out the actually the V3 doesn't support this functionality (yes, we're using the v3).

If this is not planned to be done in the near future, I have a suggestion for you. Is there a chance to rename the recurly-client with a numeric suffix, like recurly2, recurly3 (as python already did with urllib). This will allow us to use both clients at the same time.

What do you think about it?

Hey @zhavir! There is minimal support in v3 for gift cards (you can redeem a gift card when creating a purchase). Full Gift Card support, as you know, does not exist in the v3 API. I'll have to ask you to reach out to customer support to request full support in v3, unfortunately.

We'll look into the versioned package name, that's a good idea. We will need to look into how to rename the current 3.x package to recurly3 without negatively impacting other users
