rgw/v2: add support to user-names-list, bucket-names-list and object-names list in tests

The current test config YAMLs does not take any input of username, bucket names, and object names, these are created for every test case execution. Having these options in the YAMLs will help us run different tests under the known user and avoid creating multiple users.
