Add Services Section

Would be nice to add a mention of Redbrick services to the website, maybe as its own page or as a section on the main page?

Could have a separate page with details of all the services, including a gallery maybe? And then on the home page a brief overview of everything with a title like "What Redbrick Provides".

Just to butt in - I think a neat home page section comprised of picture cards with descriptions for each service would suffice. Maybe make the section side-scrolling like committee???

Update: The current committee section will be made into a generic component which can be reused for the services section too. This will allow all the section content to be put in the site.yml file.
