Quarkus provides a continuous testing mode that is run when the application launches. It would be nice if we could show which tests are failing in the testing view, and update it with the results every time it finishes retesting the code.
@ebramirez as i understand it the vscode feature is the "opposite"; it makes it so that vscode triggers the test continuously - not about vscode being able to pick up tests runs done by a framework or tool (like quarkus devmode)
