We want the bot code to be tested and have an upstream CI on pr/merge/release.

Keeping this open in case someone wants to tackle this in the future. Current thoughts are:

  • Bot testing is best done by simply interacting with it and checking to see if expected behavior matches what the bot does
  • Setting up tests will slow velocity since this bot is more interaction-based and not very rigid in what it's expected to do
