Redis Stack config unexplained

There is no documentation for RedisStack configuration on https://redis.io/docs/stack/.

For example, it puts a config file redis-stack.conf to /usr/local/etc/ on MacOs, but it is not mentioned anywhere.

It is also not mentioned anywhere that it is not a service managed by HomeBrew, but a background process. (It would be much more homebrew-y if it were usable/manageable with a brew services command.

Hi @necmettin we would like to add a service to integrate with brew services - that issue is located here. As you'll note, at least at time of investigation this wasn't something we could do, due to how casks work (or my understanding of them!).

Do you think you might be able to help with a PR?
