Poetry does not install numpy properly while setting up redisvl

I have been following steps from Contributing.md to setup redisvl locally

1. Not sure if we need to add a step to create a virtual env and then run the commands to setup a dev env
2. Even so, I get the below error while running

poetry install --all-extras

Hey @mar1boroman can you clarify:

• Which version of poetry? Which version of Python?

This should be addressed in the upcoming release.
