The feature

Ability to distinguish different environments by looking at the sidebar. Short string with configurable env name. Ideally via environment property.

Example from Ververica:

Documentation: https://docs.ververica.com/vvp/platform-operations/themes (it has fancy UI, because most of the time it's running with perisitent storage)

The use case

I'm running Redpanda Console manually via few shell scripts connecting to different environments and I have to remember which script I started recently or which port on the localhost maps to which environment. Looking on the sidebar would be much easier to know which tab is which.
