Redpanda Console - Produce Record on topics default compression type snappy instead of none or cluster default

Version & Environment

Redpanda version: 24.3.3

• Operating System (e.g. from /etc/os-release): Rhel 9

What went wrong?

i think the compression type should be the same as the log_compression_type cluster property or "none"

What should have happened instead?

The default value should be None OR The Cluster default

How to reproduce the issue?

1. Open Redpanda-console
2. Create a topic
3. Click the "Produce record" button

Additional information

if you are not careful, you can easily produce a message and if the consumer site is not properly prepared, it can go off with an error
