The finalizers are preventing deletion of the flux resources created by the Redpanda reconciler. Implement a cleanup functionality that will gracefully delete resource even if helm release is stuck after exhausting installation or upgrades tries.

Closing as I don't believe this is relevant anymore. IIRC the root cause here was deleting the operator Deployment before cleaning up the redpanda resources themselves. Please reopen if I'm misremembering.
