rpk: report error/warn in the event of corrupt compressed data

What went wrong?

when rpk is trying to fetch data and the compresseddata is corrupt due to 3rd party issues (in this case events produce with aiokafka using lz4 compression )

rpk just hangs ..

When using "-v" we do not see any error message..
Just the same fetches repeated .

What should have happened instead?

rpk should report an error .
(or bare minimum -v should show issue)

How to reproduce the issue?

We have internal repro. Info in internal reference
