Component embedded within Agenda page to manage work events globally.

Only accessible as 'admin' or may be mission's manager

For each worker (could have many if context is about a mission), display for the current period:

total working days
declared working days
spare days (should implement a days off calendar)
declared/ effective absence

If some declared working days should be validated, display a validation button.
