This should be a package in lib with two main things:

  1. A nix function that takes a single high-res input image and produces appropriate favicons for every platform
  2. A Haskell function that emits many link tags referring to all those favicons.

Note that we will need to figure out a way to integrate this into the static asset pipeline.
