It's a remarkable job you're doing. I would like to be able to analyze my 10X scRNAseq data with SPLASH. Is the run_10X pipeline available now?

Hello,
Thank you for your interest in running SPLASH on 10x data. We will have a preprint on 10x application of SPLASH in the next few weeks.

Hi, just brining this back to the top? Been digging into splash2 for the past week just to realized that 10X data were not compatible yet (despite a section describing 10x scRNA-Seq in the GitHub readme...).

Any ideas what is the ETA for this feature? Thanks
