I am using the dryRun Switch to enable or disable the steering function of solarflow-control. when setting control_bypass to True but also dryRun to True it should not control bypass as this interferes with my other zero-export script.

when in dry-run mode it should not change any steering settings.

what do you think, @reinhard-brandstaedter
