• Create an environment in Heroku
• Do not require authentication to view non-admin pages
• Figure out a URL (reinvestin.us)
• Set up DNS

production environment is here: https://defund-police-prod.herokuapp.com. forgot to open a PR for the basic auth changes, but they're here.

we don't currently have the ability to reset or recover password (that's a part of this: #1), so probably makes sense for you to create your own user for now, @disambiguator. user account can be created by running heroku run 'rails users:create' --app defund-police-prod.
