What is the recommended way to navigate outside of React component in v7?

The docs only mention the useNavigate hook but what if I want to navigate outside of React component?

If it's something that's running in a loader or action, you can use redirect().

If you created a router yourself, you can do router.navigate, on framework mode there's no way I think
