Add breadcrumb to easy navigation between pages/tests

I find it difficult to navigate between test pages, there is no navigation between them. Check default Gradle report and its breadcrumb:

For now, I've added a simple << Back link to all reports back to the index page (summary report). As we currently don't split reports into different folders, this is all we can do easily.
