Delivery error

Hello,
Basically as I make an order from a shop I go to fedex express then I click on the order so I have to take the vehicle assigned. I collect the package put in the vehicle and go to the indicated shop. After I collect the package of the vehicle then when I approach the delivery point I see the delivery pojtn in the same place to buy or use the shop. So I press E and after the red dot in games disappears but not the blips at the same time the message to buy the store or manage it is displayed. And dponc the blips remains as if I did not book, so the continuation of the delivery does not take place and does not give the order in the store. Do you have any idea where this can come from? Tell me if you want more precision or error messages or others.
