the 'git clone' page is not correct

I look at nosarthur/gita repo, the minimum clones is 1.0, which is incorrect. It should be 0. Some dates don't have data points. Maybe they are the ones with 0 clones?

Two more suggestions

1. the clone count should be int instead of float
2. what is the time zone in these plots? Is it possible to change time zone?

Hi, @nosarthur, thanks for your suggestions. They all sound promising to me.

About timezone, what GitHub uses is GMT and it is not changeable on Github. So I'm afraid I can't do much on this.
