Switch from a lot of intersecting patterns (e.g. python2?-.* python3?-.*, python[23]-.*) to a set of strict patterns (python-.*, python2-.*, python3-.*).

This would minimize number of rules, simplify adding flavors and handling repositories adopting new schemes.
