JSON Schema

At the time of writing, there is no way to test the settings.yml without merging its changes and browser the repository settings through the UI.

On top of this, contributor must head to GitHub REST API, get familiar with it and find the appropriate values for some of the configuration.

Adding a JSON schema for the settings.yml file (and maybe even share it with schema store), would let IDE's validate the settings' file structure, values and will offer an auto-completion.

Generating a JSON schema can be done with variety of tools.

Maybe I missed it, but browsing through the repository did not reveal any schema file. What do you think of adding such a file?
