Tag rendered on page is not using label

Describe the bug
Tag has tag and label. For example, a tag with tag being foo and label being Bar. It should display as Bar. This is the excepted behavior which shown in the search page. However, tag render using tag instead of label at the normal wiki page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Change the tag label in admin page
2. Go back to normal wiki page

Expected behavior
Render tag using label.

Ok, it seems that the wiki page is cached. Updating tag label will not clear the the cache, but editing the page will force it to update.
