Cannot add tags to page

This issue occurs only when trying to add new/existing tag in page properties window. Removing them works just fine. My co-workers also reported same issue when creating a brand-new page but it seem rather inconsistent.

On a side note, same issue appears occasionally when saving changes in user profile but in this case clicking save button several times in a row solves the problem.
