Import database from linux backup to Windows based docker container

Hi there, I have a full Wiki backup from my old CentOS instance and I am trying to get it up and running in a Docker container on Windows.
I have installed Docker on Windows 10 and wiki.js is running nicely on it but how do I import all of my old content?
I can't remember the database that I used to use, I'm thinking it was MariaDB so my guesses is that I can't do a simple import into the new instance as its running postgress.

Am I just missing a big old 'import' button somewhere?
