Context / Background
A small team in my organization has been using wiki.js for a couple of months to do some prototyping. We've been running wiki.js in a "droplet" on Digital Ocean. We've generally been quite happy with wiki.js and Digital Ocean. Yesterday, we ran into an issue that took a bit of time to iron out - we neglected to setup HTTPS on our wiki when we created it in December, and decided it was time to do so. The documentation - at least as best we can tell - didn't include instructions on how to do this (i.e., set up HTPS on a wiki that's already running.) We managed to figure out how to do this, but it involved an investment of time that we hadn't foreseen. In the course of doing this, somehow Google authentication - which we'd set up in December - "disappeared". We went through the steps to re-enable it, and hopefully Google will approve the this quickly. (For some reason, we had to go through a much more complex process setting up Google authentication yesterday than we did in December. We don't understand why.)
Question
The question here is that we'd like to know if it's possible to purchase commercial support for wiki.js? The goal would be to free our own staff from handling "IT-related issues" (such as those described above) related to our use of wiki.js and put these in the hands of professionals who understand the platform intimately and who can deal with issues much more quickly and effectively than we can.
Thank you.
