I'm working on drafting a hankbook/cookbook/guideline for organizers of the annual ResBaz AZ festival to reference

Should this be a new repo? resbazaz/festival ?
I plan to organize some standing working hours over the summer for anyone wishing to contribute. Currently, WIP is in doc in google drive. I am planning on a quarto book as the final product.
