The CI/CD pipeline for helium-csharp is building the helium app, running webv against it and displaying coverage results, though the functionality is commented out for the time being.

Should this be enabled again and worth adding for the java and ts repos?

We have talked about doing the same thing for the other repos but haven't gotten to it yet.
