Background

We aren't soliciting downloads of any applications as of this writing.

@vegasgeek, easy peasy. Can you this and pull it on through to QA/UAT?

passes QA. i do not see a Download link in the nav. need assistance with moving forward to UAT as i'm unable to utilize labels or start/finish tix on kanban. will ask about this in the am.

ahhh @vegasgeek my previous comment was misleading. i meant to say "i can confirm that i do not see the download link in the nav" ;) hence it passes QA
