Discovery - Reactive Contact Tracing - Schedule Interviews

Background

We are beginning a Design Sprint to help with the turn around times in Contact Tracing for the Louisiana Dept of Health. We would like for interviews to be scheduled and conducted over the course of this week and the beginning of next (7/13/20-7/22/20). We will frame the question #96 and develop a script #97 prior to our first interviews later this week.

This issue is just for identifying and scheduling of the interviews.

Overview of efforts from SOW:

Specifically, this Task Order is intended to provide product design, product management, user experience, data, and technical support to assist in identifying and also building solutions that improve the following:

1. Reduce the time required to call a case or contact.
2. Increase the likelihood that someone answers the phone when an agent calls.
3. Increase the number of contacts that an agent is able to collect during an interview.
4. Visualize data to empower the public, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
5. Engage with individuals before they get sick or before they receive a positive test.
6. Improve the ability of individuals to access resources to help safely quarantine/isolate.
7. And other activities associated with contact tracing.

Two priorities are 1) NOLA lab-test project "how do we optimize interaction when someone gets a lab test". 2) "How do we best decrease time to interview from lab test to interview"

• Schedule Interviews and Add Identified Candidates to the Google Sheet
• Enlist a Scribe/Note Taker for the Interview and add them to the calendar invite
